Comprehensive New Patient Visit. We will gather full history, do a medical exam, review any prior imaging and results together. We will then proceed to the osteopathic exam and discuss osteopathic manipulative treatment. Appropriate osteopathic manipulation will be performed based on findings.
Osteopathic Evaluation and Manipulative Treatment - ESTABLISHED 30 MIN
$200.00
This is for patients who have seen Dr. Tran at least once in her clinic. Time is spent evaluating your health, performing a physical exam, discussing treatment options, and counseling, followed by appropriate osteopathic manipulation.
Osteopathic Evaluation and Manipulative Treatment - ESTABLISHED 60 MIN
$400.00
This is for patients who have seen Dr. Tran at least once in her clinic. This includes everything the 30 minute session offers plus more time for treatment. This is best for evaluating new problems, more complex problems, or multiple problems. This option also allows for more time for life counseling to improve and maintain your health.
We accept Medicare Part B. We can bill Part C (advantage plan) as out of network. We do not currently participate with Commercial insurance or Medicaid. Patients with commercial insurance can elect our self pay option and submit a superbill to their insurance for reimbursement. According to CMS federal regulations, patients who have Medicare or Medicaid cannot choose to self pay for covered services. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot receive patients who have Medicaid at our clinic.

When choosing an appointment option, please note that if you have never been seen before at Dr. P. Tran's Osteopathic Touch clinic, you are considered a NEW PATIENT. The New Patient option contains medical legal documents that need review and signing. You have the option to choose between self pay and if you have Medicare/Medicare Advantage. Please choose appropriately according to your insurance as discussed above.

Our Scope of Practice
Our osteopathic consultations are more than just hands on treatments. Since Dr. Phung Tran is an experienced physician, she is able to evaluate, diagnose, recommend treatments, as well as perform osteopathic manipulative treatments as she deems necessary.
Although we are considered a modality for pain management, Dr. Phung Tran does not prescribe medications. She can make recommendations based on her medical knowledge and training. It is the responsibility of the patient to discuss recommendations with a primary care physician if desired.
